EMBERS AND ASHES
All what is left after a fire are embers and ashes. Warp colours are black, grey and maroon, same as the weft. Delicate pooling runs throught the entire shawl and tails are decorated only with a handspun inlay and loose fringes witch hemstitch.
Handwoven shawl, hemstitched edges.

- Weft: 70% Swiss Mountain Silk, 30% SeaCell, thin, hand dyed;

- Date off the loom: 5.08.2023;
- Draft: modification of Marian Stubenitsky's draft.
The shawl was woven on the same warp as Desolation wrap.
The shawl was used once, without any signs of wearing.
