The wrap reflects the cloudy surface of the water. To best reflect the impression of rough waves, I decided to weave the wrap in a weave designed by me in the Turned Taqueté technique. A dark warp of thick silk is intertwined with a light silk warp with sparkles, creating an image of disturbed waters. The wildness and unbridledness of the water are emphasized by the fringes, among which there are droplets of beads.
Will you immerse yourself in it?
The wrap has a small middle marker on one selvedge, other selvedge with no marker, mixed fringes with glass beads, edges winished with hemstitches.
